THEORETICAL

The youth has changed over time, are acquitted today by the society and the world around them, as time passes is more rebellious youth, to the point of manipulating whoever he wants in his own way , this is caused by that since children are influenced by society.

1.1       The reality of today's youth:

“Many young people are victims of impoverishment and social exclusion, lack of employment, education that does not meet the demands of life, drug trafficking, the guerrillas, gangs, prostitution, alcoholism, abuse sex. Many young people live lulled by the propaganda of the media and also by cultural impositions and pro immediatist pragmatism has generated new problems in the effective restraint of children and youth.
This new vision of the world today, which wants to impose the rule of "I am for what I have", have power, knowledge, aspirations, progress, are dimensions of the person, but being a person transcends all this, as this is relative and the men and women tend to all. You sometimes think that greed refers only to money, having things, but in many hearts are greedy sex stores, admiration, prestige, being older, being better than the other or another, have knowledge, who prefer . This is creating in us and us a world of competition consumer dissatisfaction, immorality and corruption.
The youth of today must pause and reflect. Adopt a more aggressive attitude and get to what they are using as objects and aligning with fashion, advertising cheap consumer that manipulate and create artificial needs, when it decides to balance what is best for him or her. The youth of today can not be a bird in a cage without effort, without illusions, without expectations, you have to open your wings and fly, on a clear sky and full of hope.
Childhood is now directed in ways that lead them to think and act in different ways, many of them question and answer with simple answers and often superficial to what your being asked. This leaves us to feel the desire for "something more", to be dissatisfied with what they say, but have to move on because the stampede does not stop to think.
Today we can see various types of youth. On the one hand we find young people with desire to succeed, a dreamy life, but most of the time fantasy with impossible dreams or goals that basically absurd are going to leave unhappy and always think that the problem is in the world and not themselves. Are we so quick to blame others, we are not able to realize that the problem is in ourselves. But there is also a class of young people stop to think seriously about his life. They think in a particular way and why not stop dreaming .... But seriously dream. And are capases to put everything in their power to carry out their purpose in life. These young people are struggling to respond to or who believe are people that just look at them you realize consistency in regret and you say, "This is going to go far.

"1.2    The recreation to occupy the leisure time of youth and children:

“since man began to live in community, to complete its basic functions of day, I try to occupy the remaining free time having fun, physical activity, walking, etc.. Over the centuries life was becoming more agitated, more loaded so the little free time that the man had tried to fill it with activities that will help you overcome the fatigue of a day's work, so that it became necessary to invent new games, recreation centers, places where you can play sports etc.. With the aim of making life more bearable for these people.
The sport is characterized by the human sense routing all efforts to bring physical activity to all parts of the country dare our sports professionals.
The importance of having a physically healthy generation, multilateral and harmoniously developed, it is becoming more of a necessity in our society. Our country has been doing an outstanding job in sports development trying to meet the needs and aspirations of each of the members of the society making them more useful individuals from joining activities that offer our industry, but we must continue working to that increasingly higher quality and with more recreational options to develop in our communities.
Free time is a mandatory constitution extended spiritual reproduction personality, so rationally organize is a task of great social importance.
The planning and scheduling of these activities depend largely on the age of the participants, the tastes and interests of culture and required for its realization. The program offers recreational activities should be the preference of society to respond to common and individual interests, which taxed motivational nature conservation and recreational activity. "

1.3       child psychology:

“Defines child psychology, as the study of the behavior of the child, from his time of birth through adolescence. Passing through various stages, such as physical, motor, cognitive, perceptual, emotional and social effect. Professionals in child psychology, developed in their work; explain and develop the differences between children, as their behavior and development.
In their work, create and perform and provide methods for solving, emotional, social, emotional, and often learning that can occur in children. "

 HISTORICAL

1.1 psychotoxic history substances (drugs)

The history of consumption of intoxicants by man dates back to times lost in the mists of the past. Both the new and the old world records in various practices are performed for centuries, perhaps millennia, regarding use of mind-altering substances or intoxicated. Since ancient times has been a resource used by shamans, priests and warlocks to enter trance to carry out their religious activities as prophesy, to divine, to heal the sick and invoke the spirits to communicate with him. There are repeatedly used it to create state of euphoria and pleasure.
The inhabitants of certain regions of Africa and the Altiplano of Peru and Bolivia chew betel nut, coca leaves or other alkaloids to reduce hunger and fatigue.
But today the people who live in the cities of the industrialized world, living in comfort, strongly dedicated to using numerous mind altering drugs and deeply hurt brain function, with the sole purpose of getting pleasure at any cost.

1.2 “The Colombian youth population for the year 2000 (between 14-26 years)

Represents 21 % of the total. In this population especially among the poorest re-concentrate exclusion problems, lack of opportunities, poverty reproduction. Young men suffer high rates of violent deaths and lower life expectancy, compared to young people in other countries in Latin. Many of them are marginalized in science and technology, employment opportunities, political participation, recreation and possibilities of expression. It is the " breeding ground" for entry into the various circuits of illegality : armed groups ( guerrillas , paramilitaries , common criminals ) , networks of drug trafficking and smuggling , prostitution, etc. .
In 1997 Youth Act passed. Establishes an institutional system for the design, implementation and evaluation of public youth policy, the creation of mechanisms for the protection of youth and civil society participation in management through various operating modes . However, youth issues still have not managed to get on public agendas. The big challenge is to become aware of the role of youth and enhance vision and young people as “subjects of rights " to the full exercise of citizenship and the establishment of social and institutional guarantees, respect and fulfillment of their rights key.
